TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Payment must be made within a waiting period of three days (72 hours) from
date of confirmation. Otherwise, the item held will be released for sale again. If there are special reasons in which you cannot make the payment within 72 hours, please notify us with an email containing your reason and we will get back to you.
2. Please add S$1 for local postage and $2.50 for registered mail.
3. Remakes can be requested except for pieces which are one-off pieces.
However, please note that remakes required a wait period of
one week to allow us to gather the reqired materials and for us to make the items.
4. Currently, meet-ups are strictly NOT ALLOWED.
5. Items sold may not be refunded for cash.
6. Three Li'l Bearz will not be held responsible for loss or damage inccured to the package during postage. But we will do our best to see that the package arrives safely in your hands. [:
